Try ParlayCricket is no longer an unfamiliar sport in Malaysia. While it may not command the same domestic following as football or badminton, international cricket – particularly IPL T20 and the ICC World Cup – has a loyal and sizeable fan base in the country. Malaysians from all walks of life have been devoted cricket fans since the era of legends like Sachin Tendulkar, and continue to follow the next generation of stars such as Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Jasprit Bumrah. At petros88, we understand what Malaysian cricket fans are looking for – which is why we've built the most comprehensive cricket betting platform in a language that feels familiar and accessible to local users.
The IPL, or Indian Premier League, is one of the biggest drivers of cricket fandom in Southeast Asia, including Malaysia. Each IPL season, running from April through June, is a highly anticipated celebration of the sport. At petros88, we offer over 100 different markets for every IPL match – not just the basics like match winner or top scorer, but highly specific markets such as total runs in a particular over, number of wickets in the evening session, whether play starts with a dot ball, and even ball-by-ball bets placed while the match is in progress. This adds a whole new dimension to watching cricket – you're no longer a passive viewer, but actively engaged with every single delivery.
Beyond the IPL, petros88 also covers ODI (One Day International) and international Test Matches with extensive market depth. ODIs strike a balance between strategy and action – with 50 overs per side, teams must plan their innings carefully, yet the game can turn right up to the final over. ODI markets at petros88 include match winner, total runs for both sides, run handicap, method of dismissal, player of the match, and over 60 other market options that give variety-seeking bettors plenty to work with.
Test Match is for cricket fans who truly appreciate the depth of the sport. A five-day match with two innings per side demands strategy, mental resilience and a high level of technical skill from every player. Test Match betting at petros88 offers unique markets not found in any other format – such as runs scored in the morning/afternoon/evening session, wickets in a session, whether a follow-on occurs, and markets specific to each innings. Bettors who understand Test cricket tactics can use that knowledge to find better value in the odds on offer.
One of the standout features of the cricket platform petros88 from competitors is the easy access to live in-play statistics during matches. While you bet on live markets, you also get real-time access to the current scorecard, current run rate vs required run rate, head-to-head records between the two teams, and individual player stats including batting average, bowling economy, and ground-specific records. This information is invaluable for making smarter, data-driven betting decisions.
On the payments front, petros88 understands that Malaysian players are most comfortable using local payment methods. That's why all transactions – whether deposits or withdrawals – are handled in MYR with no currency conversion or hidden fees. You can top up your account via DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, or ShopeePay. Deposits are processed instantly, and winnings can be withdrawn to a local bank account or e-wallet in no time at all.
