Double your bet after every loss on Even/Odd or Red/Black bets. When you win, return to your original stake. The idea is that your first win will recover all previous losses.
Increase your bet by one unit after a loss and decrease by one unit after a win. Safer than Martingale because bet increases are slower and more controlled, making it better suited for longer sessions.
Follow the Fibonacci sequence (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13…) to size your bets. Move one step up after a loss and two steps back after a win. A great fit for players who prefer a mathematical approach.
Petros88 offers live roulette tables with dealers who can communicate in Bahasa Melayu. The experience feels more natural and comfortable when your dealer speaks your language. HD streaming is available 24/7 without interruption.

Join VIPRoulette is one of the most recognised casino games in the world – from Hollywood films to the grand casinos of Macau, the image of a spinning wheel with a ball bouncing across numbers has become an icon of modern gambling. In Malaysia, roulette is growing in popularity, driven largely by the rise of online casino platforms such as petros88 that brings this experience directly to your smartphone screen, no matter where you are.
What draws Malaysian players the most at petros88 is Lightning Roulette by Evolution Gaming. Unlike standard roulette, Lightning Roulette adds an extra layer of excitement with an RNG lightning strike every spin – randomly selecting one to five numbers to receive multipliers between 50x and 500x. Imagine placing RM20 on number 7 and that number hits a 200x multiplier – your payout would be RM4,000 from just a RM20 bet. That's what sets Lightning Roulette apart and makes it the most-played game at petros88 every day.
While Lightning Roulette is a popular choice, many experienced players at petros88 still prefer classic European Roulette for a straightforward reason — it has the lowest house edge at just 2.70%. This means that for every RM100 wagered over the long run, the house nets only RM2.70. Compared to American Roulette's house edge of 5.26% due to the additional "00" slot, the smart choice for players who care about long-term value is clear — European Roulette at petros88 remains the first choice.
For Malaysian players new to roulette, the best place to start is petros88 is to start with outside bets – Red/Black, Odd/Even, or High/Low. These bets pay 1:1 and carry a near 50% chance of winning (technically 48.65% in European Roulette due to the 0). This lets you get a feel for the game's pace, learn how to place chips within the time limit, and enjoy the live dealer experience without risking heavy losses. Once you're comfortable, move on to inside bets like splits, corners, and straight-ups for higher payouts.
From a strategy standpoint, petros88 does not restrict any legitimate playing approach. Popular strategies such as Martingale, D'Alembert, and Fibonacci can be applied at all our roulette tables. That said, it's important to understand that roulette is a game of pure chance – no strategy can mathematically change the house edge. These systems are better thought of as bankroll management tools that help you play longer and more methodically, rather than guarantees of winning. Set a loss limit before you start playing, and stick to it.
One of the advantages of playing roulette at petros88 that local players frequently praise is the ease of transacting in Malaysian Ringgit. Unlike overseas platforms that require currency conversion with added fees, all deposits and withdrawals at petros88 are processed directly in MYR. You can top up your balance via DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, or ShopeePay – methods already deeply embedded in everyday Malaysian life. Deposits are credited instantly, and winnings can be withdrawn to a local bank account in no time.
Equally important on the technical side is live stream quality. The live roulette tables at petros88 uses HD video streaming technology that lets you clearly see every wheel spin, ball movement, and dealer expression. The physical studios used are purpose-built casino studios designed to recreate the atmosphere of a real casino right on your screen. With a standard 4G connection, the stream runs smoothly without interruption — a far cry from older platforms that frequently suffer from lag or disconnections.
